Home Evacuation Bag
Home Safety is a big enough topic to fill a book. Here, we will focus on the situation where you will need a grab-bag, i.e. when you need to evacuate your home in a hurry, for instance in the event of a fire. We do that by aiming at answering two questions: what do I need to bring if I need to quickly evacuate my home? How do I need to prepare to increase my chances of accomplishing that? In other words, where and how do I store the things I will need to bring? First, we will divide these things into three groups: Things stored in a grab-bag, things stored in a safe or in a safe(er) place as well as, lastly, things you use on a daily basis, which are not stored in the grab-bag or safe.
